These terms apply to your use of the KaamHaiKya mobile app and the website kaamhaikya.app, provided by Local Connects ("we", "us"). By using KaamHaiKya, you agree to these terms.

1. What KaamHaiKya does

KaamHaiKya is a platform for people looking for work. We help people find and contact each other. We are not an employer, staffing agency or contractor, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with another user.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and use your own mobile number.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your phone and OTPs private.
• The information you give must be true and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, offensive or illegal content, or ads for illegal work;
• harass, cheat or discriminate against other users;
• ask for money from job seekers in return for jobs;
• copy, scrape or misuse other users' information;
• interfere with or try to break the security of our apps.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Dealing with other users

Please use your own judgement before hiring, working for or meeting anyone. We do not guarantee the identity, skills, conduct or payment of any user, and we are not responsible for disputes between users. You can report a user or ad in the app or by writing to us.

5. Paid services

Some features may be paid. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner.

6. Your content

You own the content you post. You allow us to host and show it in our apps so that the service works. You must have the right to post it.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep our apps running but cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of our apps or from dealings between users.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or our apps. If you continue to use KaamHaiKya after changes, you accept the new terms. You may stop using KaamHaiKya and ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
